| CNC Lathe - We operate one Bridgeport-ROMI lathe for production lathe jobs |
| Manual Lathes - We utilize four manual lathes with capacities up to 32” swing |
| Horizontal Milling - The shop possesses two of these machines |
| Gear/Spline Production - We are capable of producing splined shafts, straight cut gears, and internal splined couplers |
| CNC machining centers - We utilize five vertical CNC mills. Our largest has a capacity of 20 x 50 inches of travel. We also are capable of four axis machining. |
| We maintain a large variety of production tools such as drill and punch presses |
| Modern Machine also offers a full line of steel in stock for sale. This includes cold rolled flats and rounds, stainless flats and rounds, aluminum flats and rounds, and most structural steel shapes. Many types of plastics are also available upon request. |
| Modern Machine has a full welding and fabrication shop with MIG and TIG welding capabilities |
